Online Customer Service Center
Louisville Metro government and the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD)
have joined together to provide online services for those customers who wish to submit service
requests to MetroCall or MSD's
Customer Service Department over the Internet. In addition to entering a service request, customers can
follow the status and progress of their request online.
To use this service, please follow the instructions below to submit a new request or to look up an
existing service request.
SUBMIT A NEW REQUEST
Required Information: You will need the following information to start your Service Request.

Request Information: problem or request type, description of problem, and address or location where
service is being requested.

Personal Information: name, address, phone number, and email address of the person requesting service.

To check the status of an existing Service Request online you will need your Service Request Number and the
email address you used when the Service Request was originally submitted.
