Welcome to the District 4 web page! On January 8th, Councilman Tandy was elected President of the Louisville Metro Council. He is proud to represent the Downtown Central Business District, and the neighborhoods of Butchertown, California, Germantown, Irish Hill, Meriwether, Old Louisville, Phoenix Hill, Paristowne Point, Portland, Russell, Shelby Park, and Smoketown.
