Councilman James announces “Dish with David” in District 6 on Saturday, May 28th

Residents of District 6 now have another way to meet and talk with Councilman David James about issues concerns in a very informal setting. It’s a new effort to interact in the district starting this coming Saturday, May 28th.
“I am announcing Dish with David as a way of encouraging everyone to come out and just talk with me on a Saturday morning,” says James. “This is another way to let me know what is on your mind and how I can better serve as your Metro Councilman.”
The very first “Dish with David” will be held at Burger Boy, 1450 South Brook Street beginning at 9:30am.
There is no formal meeting agenda. It is an opportunity to come out and talk one on one with Councilman James.
“Not everyone has the time during the week to come down to my office at City Hall to talk things over,” says James. “I promised to be accessible to the people of District 6 when I was elected and this is another way of fulfilling that promise.”
