Louisville – Councilwoman Vicki Aubrey Welch (D-13) welcomes a new business to District 13. Dine N Mart is now open to serve the community on National Turnpike.
““I am excited to welcome this unique business to District 13. Dine N Mart offers residents of our community a new and convenient fast food and shopping experience,” said Welch. “More importantly, it is a small business which is the backbone of our economy, an economy on the mend after the recession.”
Dine N Mart opened in mid November in District 13. It is a one-stop shopping location for groceries, convenience items, sit down dining, catering, frozen yogurt, ice cream and more
“I love this part of town and I hope to be an effective member of this community to keep improving the area. I am privileged and honored to be here. I am open to providing whatever the people here need so that they can have a one-stop shopping location,” said Nick Taha, Dine N Mart’s Owner.
Welch sites Monday’s opening of a new Chili’s Restaurant on Dixie Highway as another example how investment and economic development are coming out to these areas.
“Improving the economy in south and southwest Metro Louisville continues to be a priority for me and others who represent these areas,” says Welch. “Anytime a business opens big or small it shows other businesses that an investment in our area is as solid as any area in Metro Louisville.”
Dine N Mart is located at 8104 National Turnpike #107 (behind Subway).
