Councilwoman Fowler and Riverside invite the community to take a walk through history in Louisville
If you could step into a time machine, would you like to see how baseball was played in the 1860’s? Or meet President Abraham Lincoln? Or learn more about how World War I impacted the city of Louisville?
Such a time machine has not yet been invented but “200 Years on the Ohio” will be able to serve the same purpose on Saturday and Sunday, September 20th and 21st at Riverside, the Farnsley-Moremen Landing.

In years gone by, the ice cream social was one way the community would come together for fun and just enjoy a lazy summer day. The people of Metro Louisville will have that same opportunity to enjoy such a fun event when the 13th Annual Riverside Old Fashion Ice Cream Social returns to the Ohio River on Sunday, July 13th.
