Welcome to Louisville Metro District 26. Our district includes the cities of Cambridge, Kingsley, Lincolnshire, Meadowview Estates, Norbourne Estates, Saint Regis Park, and Strathmoor Village. The district also includes part of the City of Saint Matthews as well as neighborhoods in the old City of Louisville and several areas of unincorporated Jefferson County. Among these neighborhoods are Ashfield, Avondale, Bon Air, Bon Air Estates, Bowman, Broadfields, Brookhaven, Buechel, Chevy Chase, Green Pine, Hallsdale, Highgate Springs, Hikes Point, Plymouth Village, Regency Woods, Sheffield Manor, Springlee, and The Springs.
Our district is home to two branches of the Louisville Free Public Library, Bon Air and Eline. Parks include Des Pres and Farnsley, as well as Brown Park, which is maintained by the City of Saint Matthews. The district is also the home of Waggener High School, Seneca High School, Sullivan University, Boys’ Haven, the Jewish Community Center, and Farmington Historic Home.
