Welcome to Louisville Metro District 26
The 26th District includes neighborhoods in the old City of Louisville and several areas of unincorporated Jefferson County. Among these are Avondale, Bon Air, Bon Air Estates, Breckenridge Estates, Broadfields, Brookhaven, Buechel, Churchill Park, Highgate Springs, Hikes Point, Klondike, Kort Springs, Melbourne Heights, Mid Dale Estates, Montclair, Plymouth Village, Springlee, and The Springs. Brent also represents the cities of Meadowview Estates, Norbourne Estates, and Wellington, as well as part of the City of Saint Matthews.
Our district is home to the Bon Air Branch the Louisville Free Public Library on Del Rio Place. Parks include Farnsley, Klondike, and Pee Wee, as well as Brown Park and Draut Park, which are maintained by the City of Saint Matthews. The district is also the home of Waggener High School, Seneca High School, Sullivan University, Boys Haven, the Jewish Community Center, and the Farmington Historic Home.
Streets in the 26th District include Alton Road, Berkshire Avenue, Dutchmans Lane, Furman Boulevard, Goldsmith Lane, Graf Drive, Kresge Way, Radiance Road, Richland Avenue, and Sherburn Lane, as well as parts of Bardstown Road, Bon Air Avenue, Breckenridge Lane, Browns Lane, Cannons Lane, Hikes Lane, Hubbards Lane, Hunsinger Lane, Klondike Lane, Mannerdale Drive, Nachand Lane, Pomeroy Drive, Taylorsville Road, and Six Mile Lane.
