Louisville Metro Councilwoman Julie Raque Adams has organized a District 18 cleanup from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 17.

Volunteers will meet at the Home Builders Association office at 1000 North Hurstbourne Parkway. Free coffee and doughnuts will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, T-shirts will be provided, and Brightside will supply the gloves and trash bags.

Targeted areas include Hurstbourne Parkway, Shelbyville Road, Dorsey Lane and Ormsby Station Road. If you are interested in volunteering, contact Adams at 574-1118 or via email at julie.adams@loukymetro.org.
