Representatives of Metro Public Works will meet with the Metro Council's Transportation/ Public Works Committee to discuss the city's graffiti efforts over the last year, and the status of the graffiti removal team going into affect this year, according to Eighth District Councilman Tom Owen, chairman of the committee. That discussion will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Council Chambers, Third Floor of City Hall, 601 W. Jefferson St.
