Councilwoman Barbara Shanklin and Councilman Doug Hawkins will discuss the focus of the newly created Minority Affair Committee during a press conference at 10 a.m. Monday, Martin Luther King Day. The press conference will be held in the first floor conference room in City Hall, 601 W. Jefferson St.
