Councilwoman Tina Ward-Pugh will hold a Ninth District storm response meeting from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12 at Seneca Park Clubhouse, 2300 Pee Wee Reese Rd.

During the meeting, representatives of local utilities and public agencies, including LG&E and MSD, as well as the departments of Solid Waste Management Services, Public Works, Metro Call and Emergency Management Agency, will discuss response to power outages and other service interruptions resulting from recent storms. In addition, agencies will present information on minimizing effects of future storms, including tips for trimming trees and suggestions for tree plantings.
