Ninth District Councilwoman Tina Ward-Pugh will facilitate a roundtable discussion on women in politics and how it relates to the needs and issues facing women in the workplace, as part of a Womenomics forum, sponsored by Business and Professional Women/ USA and the BPW Foundation. The forum will be held from 8 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Jan. 10 at the University of Louisville's University Club, Belknap Campus.
BPW/ USA initiated the WOMENomics program to foster grassroots discussions among working women. The Louisville forum is one of 75 being held across the country to celebrate the 75th anniversary of National Business Women's Week.
