District 2 Councilwoman Barbarba Shanklin will meet with neighborhood leaders and local ministers to discuss recent shootings in the community and ways to help curb the violence. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Cop Shop, 4809 Unseld Blvd.
Representatives of Lee Roy's Sports Bar & Grill, the site of a recent shooting, will also be present.
