Metro Councilwoman Julie Raque Adams (District 18) invites Metro residents to visit St. Margaret Mary’s Hospitality Room (7813 Shelbyville Road) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Monday October 30, 2006 to receive flu and pneumonia vaccines.

Flu Shots will be administered by members of the Visiting Nurses Association for $30 and pneumonia shots for $40. Persons attending the clinic are advised to please bring either  check or cash for payment. Medicare B is accepted.

Residents are encouraged to RSVP to the office of District 18 Councilwoman Adams by calling at 574-1118 or via e-mail julie.adams@louisvilleky.gov to ensure to clinic doesn’t run out of vaccines.
