Councilmembers Rick Blackwell (District 12) and Kelly Downard (District 16) along with many of their colleagues on the council will hold a press conference Friday, July 21 at 10:00am in Metro Council Chambers (527 West Jefferson Street, 3rd Floor). The press conference will address recent deliberations between councilmembers as a result of last week’s Mayoral Veto of the Memorandum of Agreement between Metro Government and the Arena Authority.
