Councilman Rick Blackwell will hold a District 12 Dialogue at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 28th, at Kerrick Elementary School, 2210 Upper Hunters Trace.   Dr. Gilles Meloche, Director of Metro Animal Services, will be speaking about some exciting changes coming to the Animal Services Department.

In addition to Councilman Blackwell and Dr. Meloche, representatives of MSD, Inspections, Permits and Licensing, and Louisville Metro Police will be on hand to hear concerns and answer questions from residents.
