Councilman Robin Engel honored as First Humanitarian by the Fern Creek Lion's Club on Sat., 2/11/06, at 7:00 p.m. at the Fern Creek Community Center at their annual banquet.  Robin was honored for the many improvements made to District 22 and Fern Creek Park.
