Councilwoman Madonna Flood, District 24 and St. Luke Catholic Church, 4211 Jim Hawkins Dr. will host a health fair at the church on February 25th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information please call 574-1124.

1.  Test needing an appointment given by Life Line Screening.  These individual test are $49.00 (three vascular test $119 or all four tests $129).

·        Carotid Arterial Disease

·        Abdominal Aortic aneurysm

·        Peripheral Arterial Disease

·        Osteoporosis

2.  Free testing no appointment necessary:

·        Body Fat Analysis by Metro Health Department time 9 a.m. to noon.

·        Glucometer Check (Blood Glucose) by Family Health Center time     9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

·        Memory Screening by Harambee Health Center time 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

·        Blood Pressure by Norton’s Office of Church & Health Ministries time 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

3.  There will be information available from the Alzheimer’s Association, American Heart Association and the Louisville Health Department.   

4.  A pharmacist will be present to review your medications to assure compatibility.  Please bring all medicines with you.
