Metro Council President Kevin Kramer will sponsor a 2nd self-defense seminar for residents of District 11, Wednesday, March 22nd from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.  The seminar will be conducted by first-degree black belt, Alan Williams, at the New Beginnings Martial Arts Studio (McMahan Plaza Besides the Hikes Point Kroger). 

“This 2nd seminar is a result of the overwhelming response we received from constituents. It is my hope that this seminar will give residents the peace of mind, that if confronted with a potentially dangerous situation, they will be ready to act in a way that will help ensure their safety.”  - Metro Council President Kevin Kramer
