Councilwoman Tina Ward-Pugh (D) will be a special guest on the “Sound Points” radio program on AM radio 1080, Wednesday, August 8th.
“I am looking forward to being on this program and updating everyone on where we are with the Brownsboro Road Pedestrian Access Project,” said Ward-Pugh.
The project has been in the planning stages for eight years and it will include a sidewalk on the north side of Brownsboro Road from North Ewing Avenue west. It will also involve the redirecting of motorist traffic in the area.
“This plan has not been finalized yet,” says Ward-Pugh. “But it is moving along and there will be a series of public meetings in Clifton Heights, Crescent Hill and Clifton so residents can review the proposal and provide comments and suggestions.”
“Sound Points” is hosted by Carla Ruschival and is broadcast from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Councilwoman Ward-Pugh will be featured in the last half of the broadcast. ‘Sound Points” Is a radio show in conjunctions with the American Council for the Blind.
