Louisville, KY – Metro Councilman Hal Heiner (District 19) and other members of the Metro Council will hold a press conference at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2007 in the 1st Floor Conference Room of City Hall (601 West Jefferson Street).

Councilman Heiner and his colleagues plan to present residents of this community with an alternative plan for funding the implementation of the Library Master Plan on schedule and without additional taxes.
