Metro Council members Ken Fleming (District 7) and Julie Raque Adams (District 18) invite residents to a Flu/Pneumonia Shot Clinic in the St. Margaret Mary Hospitality Room (7813 Shelbyville Road) between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2008.
Flu Shots will be administered for $30 and pneumonia shots for $40. Persons attending the clinic are advised to please bring either  check or cash for payment. Medicare B is accepted.
Residents are encouraged to RSVP by calling 574-1107 or via e-mail to jennifer.osborne@louisvilleky.gov to ensure the clinic does not run out of vaccines.
