Louisville, KY – Councilman James Peden (District 23) will host the Highview Community Festival in a joint effort with ValuMarket Grocery and the Highview Business Association. The festival will take place on October 11th from 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m at the Outer Loop Plaza (7519 Outer Loop) There will be a parade starting at 11:00 a.m. at Highview Park (Brisco Lane) and ending at the Outer Loop Plaza.
