Louisville, KY - Louisville Metro Councilman James Peden will host the 5th Annual McNeely Lake Cleanup on Saturday, September 20th. The cleanup will start at 9:00 a.m. and will last approximately 3 hours. Participants will be given gloves and trash bags to collect debris and overgrown plant materials along the lake. Bootleg BBQ will provide lunch and the band, Indigo will begin performing at 10:00 a.m.
Persons interested in participating or in need of additional information are asked to call the Office of Metro Councilman James Peden at 574-1123. McNeely Lake Park is located at 6900 Cooper Chapel Road.
