Councilman Robin Engel welcome Metro Animal Services S.P.O.T. (Stop Pet Overpopulation Today) mobile unit Monday, October 5, 2009 between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Fern Creek Community Center (6104 Bardstown Road).
Pet owners will are able to have their cat, dog or ferret vaccinated, licensed or implanted with a microchip during this clinic. All services will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Please remember that all restraint laws apply: your cat, dog or ferret must be restrained by leash or carrier. Cost: For an altered cat, dog, or ferret:
(If the animal has never been licensed with Metro Animal Services before,
you must bring proof of spay/neuter surgery.)
• 1-year rabies vaccination and 1-year license: $17.50
• 3-year rabies vaccination and 3-year license: $36.50
* Only available for animals which have a current rabies vaccination
• Microchip with national registration: $35.00
Cost: For an unaltered cat, dog, or ferret:
• 1-year rabies vaccination and 1-year license: $58.50
* Unaltered animals are not eligible for 3-year licenses
* Only valid for previously licensed unaltered pets
• Licensing of unaltered animals
• Microchip with national registration: $35.00
