Louisville, KY; Metro Councilman Ken Fleming (District 7) will join St. Matthews’ Mayor Bernie Bowling, the St. Matthews City Council and members of the Holzheimer Family as they dedicate the redesigned and much improved Holzheimer Park on Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

Holzheimer Park, located at the corner of Westport Road and Chenoweth Lane, has been the recipient of more than $200,000.00 in improvements including a four sided Victorian clock, new sidewalks, street lights, retaining walls, benches, new landscaping and a state highway historical marker

Holzheimer Park is part of the “Heart of St. Matthews” construction project that has provided many new streetscape improvements in the area over the last several years. For more information on this event, please contact St. Matthews Councilman Stuart Monohan at 376-2602.
