Louisville, KY; Metro Councilman Kevin Kramer and representatives of the Hikes Point Area Business Association will celebrate the grand opening of D&S Automotive Repair (3018 Hunsinger Lane in Hikes Point) at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 9 2009.

A specialty repair shop, D & S Automotive Repair will be located in the former Harpers building, which has been vacant for several years. “Its time to bring the small, friendly automotive service back to The Point” said the D&S co-owners Daniel Heinze and Chris Proctor. “Our shop is different from other shops because the technicians who will repair your vehicle are also the owners of the shop”

The grand opening celebration will start at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude at 4:00 pm. Refreshments will be served. For more information, contact Graham Honaker at 574-1111.
