Louisville, KY – Metro Councilman Kevin Kramer (District 11) will attend the National League of Cities 2009 Congressional City Conference between March 15 and March 17. Councilman Kramer serves as vice-chair for the Information, Technology and Communications Steering Committee which covers topics such as the digital television transition, opportunities for broadband development and the new administration’s policies regarding telecommunications. In addition to serving as vice-chair of a committee, Councilman Kramer will moderate a March 16 panel “Access for America: The Future of Broadband” focused on internet access and its future as a cornerstone of development and growth for America.
