LOUISVILLE, KY; Metro Councilmen Ken Fleming (District 7) and Glen Stuckel (District 17) invite residents to visit Lyndon City Hall (515 Wood Road) between the hours of 9am and 2pm on Friday October 16, 2009 to receive flu and/or pneumonia vaccines.

Flu Shots will be administered by members of the Visiting Nurses Association for $25 and pneumonia shots for $40. Persons attending the clinic are advised to please bring either check or cash for payment. Medicare B and some Medicare Advantage Plans and Passport Advantage Plans can be accepted.

Residents are encouraged to RSVP to the office of District 7 Councilman Ken Fleming by calling at 574-1107 or via e-mail ken.fleming@louisvilleky.gov by October 8 to reserve your shot(s).
