Last of a 3 part series where children 5-6 can experience the life of a naturalist by discovering the wonders of the forest through field studies, crafts, and more. Snacks provided. Each child can make their own nature journal to use throughout the series.
Program meets at the Horine Environmental Education Center.
Reservations are required in advance.
Dragonflies, Damselflies and Cyclops! - A lake adventure
Join Forest Naturalists as they lead you on an adventure into the wet and wild world of a lake ecosystem. Be amazed at the strange and incredible critters that live in the waters of a lake. There will be scientific studies and activities. Wear clothes and shoes that can get messy. Parents are encouraged to join their child on their nature adventure.
Fee: $10 per child, per program
