Is the Iroquois Amphtheater handicap accessible?
Iroquois Amphitheater is fully accessible for our guests with special needs both in the audience areas and within the building. Wheelchair/mobility impaired locations/spaces for our guests with disabilities are located in four (4) sections. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible parking spaces are available in the Iroquois Amphitheater parking lot.
What am I allowed to bring inside?
The following items are permitted to be brought into Iroquois Amphitheater:

● Blankets
● Sun screen
● Strollers
... what am I not allowed?
The following items are not permitted to be brought into Iroquois Amphitheater:
● Food, cans, bottles, coolers or any similar containers
● Alcohol of any type
● Weapons of any type
● Fireworks
● Skateboards
● Laser pens or laser products of any type
● Soliciting, commercial activities including vending without a
permit
● Distributing literature/produce without prior written consent
of facility management.
● Air horns or noise makers of any type
● Any other item deemed unacceptable by Iroquois
Amphitheater management
In the event that items are revealed, the guest(s) will be permitted to return to his vehicle with the item or he can dispose of the item. Iroquois Amphitheater will not hold any personal belongings or items of any type. Iroquois Amphitheater has the sole right to determine the type of pre-event screening.
Do you supply listening devices to those who are hard of hearing?
Iroquois Amphitheater is pleased to provide assisted listening devices free of charge. They are available at the Box Office for most events. Please be prepared to leave a driver’s license or credit card as a security deposit. Certain events may have the devices available in a different location. Call (502) 368-5865 for information.
Is there an ATM onsite?
No. ATM services are available at several banks located on New Cut Road, Taylor Blvd. and 3rd Street.
Who do I contact if I would like to conduct a business meeting at the Amphitheater, or rent the facility itself?
The Community Room at Iroquois Amphitheater is available for rental for small functions; and Amphitheater for larger ones. For information, please call (502) 368-5865, or e-mail Brian Haag, manager.
Can I bring cameras inside of the Amphitheater?
Use of video cameras is prohibited within Iroquois Amphitheater. During most events non-professional cameras with attached lenses are permitted.
For some events including concerts, the camera policies are determined by the show or tour. Generally, cameras and recording devices are not permitted for these special events, but please call (502) 368-5865 with specific inquiries. Cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted at any time during special events.
When do the doors open prior to a performance?
Iroquois Amphitheater gates open one hour before most events. Please see the schedule on the main page of our website the Web site for event times.
Are there elevators onsite?
Yes. An elevator is located in the tunnel by the concession stand for access to the pavilion at the top of our seating sections. For access to the Community Room inside the amphitheater building, an elevator and steps are located to the right of the office lobby.
Can I leave the facility and re-enter?
Generally, exiting and re-entry to the amphitheater is not permitted except for medical emergency. For some events the re-entry policy is determined by the show or tour.
What if my child needs a diaper change?
Iroquois Amphitheater is pleased to provide family restrooms in the tunnel area. One family restroom is located in each side of the tunnel. All tunnel restrooms have diaper changing stations.
What happens if the guy/gal next to me is, well, behaving like a jerk?
The following behavior and activities are grounds for eviction from Iroquois Amphitheater:
● Public drunkenness
● Use of illegal substances or drugs
● Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside Iroquois
Amphitheater
● Use of profanity, unacceptable language or gestures of any
type
● Unacceptable or indecent dress
● Failure to obey or follow Iroquois Amphitheater smoking policy
● Entering/attempting to enter restricted areas (backstage or
restrooms of the opposite sex)
● Participating in a fight
● Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or
facility employees
● Throwing objects or projectiles

What if I am separated from my child?
Lost children will be taken to the Iroquois Amphitheater Office.
I lost my keys/wallet/cell phone? Who do I contact to see if they've been turned in?
Iroquois Amphitheater provides lost and found services for patrons. Items are turned in to the office and can be claimed during business hours. Call (502) 368-5865 for further information. Items will be disposed of if not claimed within one month.
How much is parking at the Amphitheater?
Free parking is available in the Iroquois Amphitheater main parking lot.
What if I want to have a picnic prior to a performance?
Picnic areas are available throughout Iroquois Park.
Is public transportation available to the Amphitheater?
TARC provides bus service to the parking lot of Iroquois Amphitheater. Please see their schedules at www.ridetarc.org.
Where do I find the schedule of events for 2009?
The event schedule for Iroquois Amphitheater will be updated as new events are confirmed.
Can I bring my pets?
No pets or animals are allowed in Iroquois Amphitheater other than service animals such as seeing-eye pets under leash control of their owner.
Are there smoking areas at the Amphitheater?
In keeping with the City of Louisville ordinance prohibiting smoking in public places, Iroquois Amphitheater is a smoke-free building. Smoking will only be allowed in designated areas at least fifty (50) feet outside Iroquois Amphitheater gates where smoking urns are placed.
How do I buy tickets to a performance?
Box office hours will be announced prior to show date.
Is there a will-call policy?
Tickets may be picked up at the Box Office located by the amphitheater gate. A photo identification is required to pick up tickets.
Are kids required to buy tickets?
Please check with the box office.
I've lost my tickets, or they've been stolen? Can I still come to the show?
Lost tickets will not be replaced by Iroquois Amphitheater. (without proof of purchase and seat location). If tickets are stolen, guests should provide proof of purchase and a police report to the Iroquois Amphitheater Box Office. New tickets will be printed.
Am I allowed to resell tickets?
The resale of tickets for any event at Iroquois Amphitheater is strictly prohibited.
