Stay Fit Through the Winter Months with Metro Parks

The winter can impair your fitness routine as the weather takes its toll on your ability to enjoy the great outdoors.  Metro Parks has alternative solutions to keep you walking and running through the cold months. 

Most community centers offer fitness equipment (treadmills, weights, etc.) that can be used for a small fee to build a total fitness program.  In addition, here are a few places where Metro Parks offers indoor walking and running opportunities to help you with your fitness needs at no cost:
