Open Records Requests

This form is only for open records requests relating to Metro Parks; we can't help you obtain records from other agencies. For other needs, contact the appropriate Louisville Metro Government department, or the Office of Management & Budget.

Louisville Metro Parks makes records available for public inspection in compliance with Kentucky’s Open Records Act. To submit an Open Records request, you may use the form below to send your request to Metro Parks, or you may alternately choose to contact the Louisville Metro Office of Management & Budget.

You have the option also to fill out a form that can be faxed or mailed directly to us. For that form, click here.

You are only required to provide your name and e-mail address, although completing every field will be helpful if we need to contact you for additional information. Please be sure your e-mail address is entered correctly!
