Horine Conference Center
Located on one of the highest points in Jefferson County, the Conference Center and its beautiful views are an excellent location for business retreats, meetings, and weddings. Visit our Teambuilding Retreats page, to learn how we can add a new dimension of learning to your retreat or meeting. This elegant 1940s-era manor house boasts seating for up to 30 participants, a state of the art multimedia system, a fully equipped kitchen, a den with fireplace, and additional conference rooms for breakaway meetings.

Daily rental rates are:

  • $200 for non-profit groups
  • $400 for all others
  • There is a $25 per hour charge for every hour past 6:00 PM

King Conference Center
Near Taylorsville Road, east of I-265
The King Conference Center is located on a wooded 40-acre property along Floyds Fork that was recently acquired by Metro Parks through the City of Parks initiative. Although the property is not yet open as public park land, the two-story house has already become an ideal setting for small meetings and retreats. The first floor is furnished for meeting space, with a conference area accommodating up to 20 people. The conference center has the following amenities: kitchen, TV/VCR/DVD, projector screen and cart (projector not included), wireless internet access.

Daily rental rates are:

  • $200 for non-profit groups
  • $400 for all others
