Family Cabins
In any season, Otter Creek Park's cabins are sure to be a big hit with your family or small group. Nestled on bluffs overlooking the mighty Ohio River, our cabins offer impressive views in a natural setting. If you are looking for a rustic overnight outing, the park offers studio, 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom cabins, all of which have heating, air conditioning and stocked kitchens.

Group Cabins
Otter Creek Park has accommodations for larger groups seeking an affordable, rustic overnight experience. Van Buren and Haven Hill Lodges can accommodate gatherings of up to 30 people, with heating and air conditioning available. These group cabins offer dormitory-style sleeping arrangements, along with fully-stocked kitchen facilities and dining areas. These cabins are in close proximity to hiking trails and the park’s Conference Center. They are available year round, and non-profit rates are available.
Van Buren or Haven Hill:
- Sundays-Thursdays: $275/night
- Fridays, Saturdays: $330/night
- Holidays: $429-$495/night
Residential Cabins for large groups
For large groups looking for an extended stay, Otter Creek Park has plenty of options. We offer several Residential Camps that accommodate up to 80 persons in multiple cabins. These camps are ideal for family reunions, social retreats and corporate gatherings. The camps include several cabins with bunk style beds. The camps also have a separate cabin serving as a kitchen/mess hall facility, with utensils and refrigeration. Spacious activity fields for play and recreation are located near the camps, and the park's staff can create activities to meet your group's needs. Non-profit rates are available.
Residential Cabin Sites:
- Camp Tecumseh: $435/night
Holiday rates: $565-$652/night
- Tall Trees Lodge: $95/night
CAMPGROUNDS
Otter Creek Park is delighted to offer the finest in camping in our campgrounds. With electrical hookups, water service, fire rings, and large picnic tables, the campground is an enjoyable way for the entire family to "rough it." For your convenience, there are three bathhouses offering modern restrooms and hot showers, a playground for the children, two pavilions, and a dump station.
Camp Sites:
- Sites with water and electricity: $21/night
- Primitive sites: $17/night
- Equestrian sites: $18/site
- Walk-in sites: $4 person
- Advance reservations available for groups of 10 sites or more

Campground Regulations:
- All vehicles must display either a permit or car pass in front window.
- Checkout time is 4 p.m.
- Two vehicles permitted per site.
- One unit (tent or camper) per site.
- Camping fee is non-refundable.
- Visitors welcome with pass between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
- Quiet time is 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Operation of bicycles, motor bikes, golf carts, and mopeds are permitted from dawn to dusk on paved roads only. Please see safety and etiquette rules posted at Campground Check-In Station.
- No ATVs or go-carts permitted.
- Pets must be kept on a leash. Use pet walking area.
- Dump waste at Dump Station only.
- No firearms or hunting.
- No fireworks or explosives.
- No cutting of trees or bushes.
- Collection of downed, dead wood is permitted.
- Chainsaws prohibited.
- 15 m.p.h. speed limit enforced.
- No washing of vehicles at campsite.
- Horses are permitted in Equestrian Camping area only.
- No alcoholic beverages on park premises.
- Campfires in existing fire rings only.
