You can search for parks near your home or any specific area using the "My Louisville" tool:

The instructions listed below will help you in your search. |
1.) To begin, launch the application by clicking on the "My Louisville" link.
2.) Type the location you wish to search into one of the search fields on the right-hand side of the screen. You can either search using a specific address or an intersection.
3.) Once the location is accessed a map will appear showing the surrounding areas. City parks are shaded in green. You can use the "zoom in", "zoom out", and "pan" tools on the left-hand toolbar to adjust your search area.
4.) Clicking on the "map items" tab on the right-hand side of the screen will allow you to view a list of facilities within the search area. Once you select a folder (in this case, the one that reads "Metro Parks") you can choose to flash the item on the map to assist you in locating it.
5.) To learn more about the parks generated in your search, return to our Park Finder page and click on the link for the desired park.
