Reservations for picnic shelters, lodges, athletic fields, special events and recreation agreements are accepted at the Iroquois Amphitheater , 1080 Amphitheater Drive in Iroquois Park. For a reservation request form, click here.

Describe the nature of your request, making sure to provide dates, times and exact locations for the permit, reservation or service you're requesting. If you're planning an event, provide a detailed description of the proposed event and projected number of participants.
