Accident reports can be ordered and downloaded electronically.


To locate a report, you will need:

• Your report number
• The report date
• Driver's last name or owner's last name

There is a $10.00 fee for each report.

Payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express or PayPal.
