Cezar had been missing since approximately 3:15 pm on Friday, June 29, 2007. He was last seen outside his apartment at 3155 Oakdale Avenue across from Churchill Downs. He was last seen wearing a yellow tank top and gray shorts. He was not wearing any shoes.
