Notice of Public Hearing
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing on June 16, 2010, on a proposed Agreed Board Order for the reduction of particulate matter at the University of Louisville, issued pursuant to District Regulations 1.08 and 2.16.
Written comments from the public will be accepted by the Board, Rachael Hamilton, Secretary-Treasurer, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745, until 5:00 p.m. June 15, 2010. Written comments will be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the e-mail address “airorders @ louisvilleky.gov”. Oral comments will be accepted at the public hearing on June 16, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville.
