Notice of Public Comment Period and Hearing
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board opens a public comment period September 18, 2010, on amendments to District Regulations 1.02 v12, Draft #1, Definitions, 2.05 v10 Draft #1, Prevention of Significant Deterioration, 2.08 v24, Draft #1, Fees, 2.16 v6, Draft #1, Title V Operating Permits that were proposed on September 15, 2010.
If adopted by the Board, Regulations 1.02 and 2.05 will be submitted to EPA for inclusion in the Kentucky State Implementation Plan. Regulations 2.08 and 2.16 will be submitted to EPA for inclusion in the District’s Title V Operating Program.
Written statements will be accepted by the Board Secretary-Treasurer Rachael Hamilton, Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745, until 5:00 p.m. October 18, 2010. Written statements will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the email address “airregs @ louisvilleky.gov”. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing on November 17, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville.
