Notice of Public Comment Period and Hearing
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board opens a public comment period June 18, 2011, on amendments to District Regulation 2.03 Version 7, Permit Requirements: Non Title V Construction and Operating Permits and Demolition/Renovation Notices and Permit Requirements, that were proposed on June 15, 2011.
If adopted by the Board, Regulation 2.03 Version 7 will be submitted to EPA for inclusion in the Kentucky State Implementation Plan.
Written statements will be accepted by the Board Secretary-Treasurer, Rachael Hamilton, Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745, until 5:00 p.m. July 18, 2011. Written statements will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address “airregs @ louisvilleky.gov”. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing on July 20, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville.
A paper copy of the proposed regulations may be obtained from Monica Little, (502) 574-6000, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. An electronic copy of the proposed regulations may be downloaded from the District’s website at “www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/Docket.htm”.
