Public Notice for Federally Enforceable District Origin Operating Permits (FEDOOPs)

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District will begin providing public notice for FEDOOPs issued pursuant to Regulation 2.17 through a periodic listing published by the District on its website.

In accordance with Regulation 2.17 section 8.1, listing on the District's website will begin a 30-day comment period during which the public may comment on the non-proprietary information submitted by the owner or operator of the stationary source to the District and on the District's intent to approve the issuance, renewal, or revision of the FEDOOP.

Electronic copies of proposed permits may be downloaded from the District's website at www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/Docket.htm.  Paper copies of proposed permits and corresponding permit applications may be obtained from Monica Little, (502) 574-6000,  between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
