Ribbon Cutting for Cedar Brook community on Friday, April 21, 2006 at 2pm.

Friday April 21, 2006

Mayor Jerry Abramson & District 22 Councilman Robin Engel have confirmed their attendance.

Monsour Builders, Inc partnered with National City Community Development Corporation to offer the NCHAMP program in the Cedar Brook community.

The NCHAMP program reflects National City’s commitment to the economic integration of neighborhoods and Monsour Builders’ commitment to provide affordable housing from $150’s in Metro Louisville.

NCHAMP encourages home ownership through below market interest rate incentives to home buyers in affordable housing communities where National City Community Development Corporation has made a direct equity investment.

Cedar Brook was zoned as an ADI (Alternative Development Incentive) community as part the new Land & Development Code adopted with Cornerstone 2020. Cedar Brook is one of the first Alternative Development Incentive communities in Metro Louisville.

The grand opening of Cedar Brook will be celebrated from April 21st through April 30th, 2006. The event will include door prizes & giveaways for the public.
