Proposed Agreed Board Order with American Synthetic Rubber Company

Notice of Public Hearing

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board held a public hearing on June 17, 2009, on a proposed Agreed Board Order with American Synthetic Rubber Company (ASRC), a division of Michelin North America, Inc. ASRC is alleged to have violated District Regulations 2.03 (Permit Requirements—Non-Title V Construction and Operating Permits) and 2.16 (Title V Operating Permits) at the facility located in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Oral comments were accepted at the public hearing on June 17, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville. Information may be obtained from Ms. Stacy Fritze Dott, (502) 574-7289, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
