Notice of Public Comment Period
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board opens a public comment period on November 20, 2010, on amendments to District Regulations 1.02 v12 Definitions, 5.00 v1 Definitions, 5.01 v7 General Provisions, 5.11 v4 Standards of Performance for Existing Processes and Process Equipment Emitting Toxic Air Pollutants, 5.12 v4 Standards of Performance for New or Modified Processes or Process Equipment Emitting Toxic Air Pollutants, 5.20 v3 Methodology for Determining Benchmark Ambient Concentration of a Toxic Air Contaminant, 5.21 v6 Environmental Acceptability for Toxic Air Contaminants, and 5.22 v3 Procedures for Determining the Maximum Ambient Concentration of a Toxic Air Contaminant that were proposed on November 17, 2010.
Written statements will be accepted by the Board Secretary-Treasurer, Rachael Hamilton, Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745, until 5:00 p.m. January 31, 2011. Written statements will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address “airregs @ louisvilleky.gov”.
A paper copy of the proposed regulations may be obtained from Monica Little, (502) 574-7246, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. An electronic copy of the proposed regulations may be downloaded from the District’s website at “www.louisvilleky.gov/APCD/Docket.htm”.
