Five Proposed FEDOOPs

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a FEDOOP permit to Lausman Oil Company, Inc. (bulk fuel terminal), 14800 Taylorsville Road; Owens Corning Composite Materials, LLC (glass insulation manufacturing), 2801 Constant Comment Place; Kindred Hospital Louisville (medical hospital), 1313 St. Anthony Place; Plastech Engineered Products, Inc. (plastic parts manufacturing), 8161 National Turnpike; and Baptist Hospital East (medical hospital), 4000 Kresge Way, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30-day public comment period starts May 14, 2007 and ends on June 12, 2007. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.

Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5:00 p.m. June 12, 2007.
