Notice of Public Comment Period
The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board opens a public comment period February 19, 2011, on proposed amendments to District Regulations 1.15 v15, Draft 1, Version of Federal Regulations Adopted and Incorporated by Reference; 3.01 v5, Draft 1, Ambient Air Quality Standards; 5.02 v18, Draft 1, Adoption and Incorporation by Reference of National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants; and 7.02 v15, Draft 1, Adoption and Incorporation by Reference of Federal New Source Performance Standards that were proposed on February 16, 2011. If approved, amended Regulation 3.01 v5 will be submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for inclusion in the State Implementation Plan.
Written statements will be accepted by the Board Secretary-Treasurer, Rachael Hamilton, Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745, until 5:00 p.m. March 22, 2011. Written statements will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address “airregs @ louisvilleky.gov”.
