Informal comments will be taken until May 17, 2010. Please submit your comments to Lauren Anderson, Executive Director, either by mail at Air Pollution Control District, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY, 40204-1745, by FAX at (502) 574-5306, or by E-MAIL at “airregs @ louisvilleky.gov”. Consideration of this draft regulation at a meeting of the Strategy Committee of the Air Pollution Control Board has been tentatively scheduled for May 19, 2010. Upon approval of the Strategy Committee, the APCD will publish a legal notice announcing the Public Comment Period and Public Hearing.

The following table identifies the tentative dates of the committee meeting, anticipated date of the legal notice, anticipated date of the Public Hearing, anticipated date on which the District will recommend that the Board take formal action on the regulation, and the APCD staff member and direct telephone number with whom to discuss the draft regulation.
