The starting point for the Ninth District Clean up is the parking lot next to the Irish Rover at 2319 Frankfort Avenue. It will start at 8:30 am with coffee provided by Heine Brothers and Nancy's Bagels on Frankfort Avenue in Clifton will provide bagels for the volunteers. Groups will then move out from 9:00am to 12:00noon along areas of Frankfort Avenue.
Tools, bags, gloves and t-shirts will be provided by Brightside.
“Of course, if anyone would like to bring along some additional tools and supplies they are more than welcome,” says Ward-Pugh. “And if any one would like to stay longer than Noon, well we would appreciate that too.”
