LOUISVILLE - District 11 Councilman, Kevin Kramer, has mailed a 53 page report updating residents on the activities of the many neighborhoods, homeowners associations and other organizations located within District 11. This report is unique, as it was primarily written by citizen leaders, for the benefit of neighboring groups.

The report titled "District 11: Neighborhoods Update" was compiled with the help of the many neighborhood association presidents and other community leaders. It provides every reader with reports from District 11 neighborhoods, safety tips from police and listings of frequently used governmental phone numbers.

"The goal for government merger was to bring people closer and to assist everyone in gaining a greater understanding of their neighbors and the area in which they live. The goal of this report is to assist others by sharing what is going on within their associations and neighborhoods. This sharing of information is expected to allow neighborhood leaders to improve their communities by implementing the best practices of others." -Louisville Metro Councilman Kevin Kramer
